Born on August 29, 1974 in New Jersey, United States, he is famous for being the first and former host of the popular BET music video countdown show 106 & Park, he is nowadays famous for his appearances as a host on the popular TV show Extra. It was in October 2010 when he returned on 106 & Park on its 10 year anniversary show and reunited with former co-host. He is, by the way, a product of Saint Benedict’s Prep in Newark, New Jersey and Howard University in Washington, D.C.. Since the year 2011, he has been a member of Omega Psi Phi.
