She officially started her acting career in the year 1995, playing a significant role on the flick Live Nude Girls. She experienced her breakthrough when she appeared on the TV series General Hospital, playing the role Emily Quartermaine. From 2003 to 2005, she was highlighted on the TV series Joan of Arcadia as Joan Girardi. She was also featured on the TV series House as Martha M. Masters from 2010 to 2012.
Other than the said TV series, she was also cast on the TV series Inside Amy Schumer from 2013 to 2015, portraying the role Liz.
