American actress and producer Emily Deschanel was born on October 11, 1976 in Los Angeles, California to director Caleb Deschanel and actress Mary Jo Deschanel. In 1994, she was first screen portraying role on big screen, acting as an animal rights activist on the flick It Could Happen to You. The next time she was seen on screen was in 2000 in a short film called It’s a Shame About Ray.
