She started acting on screen in the year 1995, particularly portraying a role on the television film A Family Divided by which she played the role Rosalie Frank. She then earned popularity when she was featured on the TV series The Outer Limits from 1998 to 1999 as Lisa Dobkins. From 2002 to 2003, she also had significant appearances on the TV series Smallville, playing the role Dr. Helen Bryce for 9 episodes.
