Fairuza Balk is an American film actress. She was born on the 21st of May 1974 in Point Reyes, California, United States. It was in the year 1985 when she started to appear on screen as an actress, playing the role Dorothy Gale on Return to Oz. She then became part of the motion picture Gas Food Lodging in the 1992. The said film earned her an Independent Spirit Award for Best Female Lead.
In the year 1996, she won the MTV Movie Award for Best Fight and a nomination for Saturn Award for Best Supporting Actress when she portrayed the role Nancy Downs on The Craft. In 2009, she also played part on the film The Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans and acted the role Heidi.
