Jane Fonda, born Lady Jayne Seymour Fonda, is an American actress, writer, political activist, former fashion model, and fitness guru. She was born on December 21, 1937 in New York City, New York, United States. A two-time Academy Award winner, she has appeared on numerous films which include the Period of Adjustment in 1962 by which she was nominated for Golden Globe Award for Best Actress – Motion Picture Musical or Comedy and Laurel Award for Top Female Comedy Performance. Over the years, she garnered multiple awards and recognitions due to her fantastic role portrayals. Even up to these days, she is regarded as one of the veteran actresses in the world.
Jane has been married thrice. First, with French screenwriter Roger Vadim. The second time she got married was with political activist Tom Hayden. It was on June 10, 1990 when they ended up their marriage and got divorced.
In 1991, she got married to cable-television tycoon and CNN founder Ted Turner. On May 22, 2001, however, her marriage once again failed as they got divorced. In 2009, she started dating record producer Richard Perry. Currently, they are engaged.
