Margot Kidder, originally Margaret Ruth Kidder, is a Canadian American actress and activist. She was born on the 17th of October 1948 in Yellowknife, Canada. She started to appear on big screen in the year 1968 when she was cast on The Best Damn Fiddler from Calabogie to Kaladar and played the role Rosie Prometer.
Margot was married twice. She was first married to Thomas McGuane. Their marriage lasted from the year 1975 to 1977. Hr second marriage happened in the year 1979 when she made vows with John Heard. Their marriage ended in the year 1980.
