A product of Millikin University, it was in the year 1997 when she started her career as an actress, portraying the role Trudy Kockenlocker on the film Norville and Trudy. She also played the minor role Weather Girl on the flick Strong Island Boys. Other than that, she also portrayed guest roles on TV series such as Dangerous Minds, Jenny, Hang Time, and Promised Land the same year.
