Natalie Dormer is an English actress. She was born on February 11, 1982 in Reading, United Kingdom. A product of Chiltern Edge Secondary School, she first came out on screen as an actress in the year 2005, portraying significant roles on the film Casanova as well as on the TV series Distant Shores in one of its episodes. Soon after, she was seen on the flick Flawless, acting the role Cassie.
Her breakthrough came in 2007 when she was cast on the the TV series The Tudors as Anne Boleyn. Other TV series she particularly starred were Masterwork, Marple, Rebus, The Fades, Poe, and Elementary wherein she acted the roles Jamie Moriarty and Irene Adler for about six epsiodes. In the year 2012, she became one of the cast members of the TV series Game of Thrones, particularly playing the role Margaery Tyrell. Presently, she still appears on the said TV series.
