American actress Rachel Sarah Bilson was born on August 25, 1981 in Los Angeles, California. She is the daughter of Janice Stango and director-producer Danny Bilson. After a year of attending college at Grossmont College, Rachel immediately dropped out to pursue acting. She then officially made her entry to the industry in the year 2003, particularly appearing in an episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and 8 Simple Rules. She also became part of the short film Unbroken. The same year, she became phenomenal when she instantly earned her breakthrough by being hired to play a major role on the popular TV series The O.C.
