Abdul Rashid Salim Salman Khan better known as Salman Khan is an Indian film actor, producer and television personality. He was born on December 27, 1965 in Indore, India. It was in the year 1998 when he started to appear on screen as an actor, portraying the role Vicky Bhandari on Biwi Ho To Aisi.
In the year 1989, he earned prominence when he was cast on Sooraj Barjatya’s film Maine Pyar Kiya by which he played the role Prem and eventually earned a Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut. In 2005, he again wowed the crowd when he was nominated for Filmfare Award for Best Performance in a Comic Role fir his impressive performance on No Entry. These days, he remains a successful Bollywood celebrity.
Salman was once romantically involved with Bollywood actress and beauty queen Aishwarya Rai. But then, their relationship did not work out as he and Aishwarya broke up in the year 2001.
