Andrew Barron Murray OBE, better known as Andy Murray, is a Scottish professional tennis player, currently ranked World No. 3. The son of William Murray and Judy Murray and the brother of Jamie Murray, he was born on May 15, 1987 in Glasgow, United Kingdom. He started playing tennis when he was three years of age.
He particularly joined his first competitive tournament at the age of five. By the time he reached the age of eight, he was already seen competing league tennis. Since the year 2011, he became more and more prominent in the sports industry, particularly being labeled as one of the most consistent players on the tour. During the 2012 Olympic Games, he was able to beat Roger Federer.
Andy is presently and happily married to Kim Sears. They started dating in the year 2005. After years of dating, they finally got married on April 11, 2015. They still do not have kids but they’re working on it. When it comes to his previous relationships, they are not known to the public. He was not, on the other hand, romantically involved to any celebrity.
