Born on May 17, 1955 in Fort Worth, Texas, United States, William Paxton, better known as Bill Paxton, is an American actor and director. It was in the year 1975 when he was first seen on screen as an actor, portraying an uncredited role on the flick Crazy Mama. Soon after, he was seen on various films including the 1980 film Fish Heads by which he played the main role.
He also appeared on the TV film Deadly Lessons in 1983, playing the role Eddie Fox. His career breakthrough came out in the year 2006 when he was cast on the TV series Big Love by which he played the role Bill Henrickson until 2001. Presently, he is working for the upcoming film The Circle which will be aired in 2016.
Bill is the husband of Louise Newbury. They got married in the year 1986. Together they are blessed with two children namely James and Lydia. Previously, he was married to Canadian actress Kelly Rowan. He and Kelly became husband and wife in the year 1978. They got separated, however, in the year 1980.
