Canadian actress Carly Pope was born on August 28, 1980 in Vancouver, Canada. Once a student of University of British Columbia, she first came into the screen as an actress in the year 1996, portraying a significant role on the short film A Girl’s Guide to Kissing and Other Nightmares in Teenland. She became prominent when she played the role Sam McPherson on the TV series Popular from 1999 to 2001.
She also became remarkable in the year 2004 when she portrayed the role Maya Kandinski on the TV series The Collector which lasted until the year 2005. Other than that, she was also seen on various TV series, portraying guest roles. These TV series include The 4400, Robson Arms, 24, Outlaw, The Evidence, Young Blades, and several others.
