Previously, she worked as a co-host for the network’s The Daily 10 before its cancellation. The daughter of Stan Sadler, she was still in college when she was hired by WXIN, an affiliate of Fox in Indianapolis, to work  as a host for the the weekly segment “Youth Matters”. Soon after, she moved to California to pursue a better career.

In 2001, she went back to Indiana where she returned to WXIN as a co-anchor of the station’s morning newscast. In the year 2006, she became the host of The Daily 10 on E! together with Sal Masekela and Debbie Matenopoulos.

Catt was first married to fashion executive Kyle Boyd. Kyle was her college boyfriend. They got married in the year 2001. Together they’re blessed with two kids namely Austin and Arion. Unfortunately her marriage to Kyle did not work out as they got divorced in the year 2008. She later on dated Brett Jacobson after meeting him over Memorial Day. They were engaged five months after dating but they called their engagement off after a month. In 2011, she got married to British film producer Rhys David Thomas.
