Cynthia Lynn Daniel was born on March 17, 1976. She is an American photographer and former actress. She is the daughter of Carolyn Daniel, Charlton B. Daniel Jr. and the twin-sister of Brittany. In the year 1989, she appeared on screen as an actress for the very first time, playing a minor role on the TV series The New Leave It to Beaver in an episode called “Man’s Greatest Achievements”.
In the year 1994, she started playing the role Elizabeth “Liz” Wakefield on the popular teenage comedy-drama series Sweet Valley High. Together with her twin-sister Brittany who played the role Jessica Wakefield, they became famous for the said show. In 1995, she also appeared on The Basketball Diaries as Winkie. She was also highlighted on That ’80s Show,playing the role Bianca.
