Her successful career in Hollywood is mostly highlighted when she earned the BAFTA Award for Most Promising Newcomer for her impressive performance on the film The Lacemaker which was shown in the year 1977. She also earned success when she won the César Award for Best Actress for her appearance on La Ceremonie in 1995.
