James Paul Marsden is an American actor, singer and former Versace model. He was born on September 18, 1973 in Stillwater, Oklahoma, United States to parents Kathleen and James Luther Marsden. He started his acting career as a guest on multiple television shows such as Saved by the Bell: The New Class, Touched by an Angel, and Party of Five. Later on he became prominent for playing the role Scott Summers or Cyclops in the X-Men film series. In 2008, he was highlighted on Superman Returns which made him become more notable.
In the year 2000, he became a married man when he wedded Mary Elizabeth Linde or Lisa Linde. Lisa is the daughter of music songwriter Dennis Linde. Together they’re blessed with two kids namely Jack Holden and daughter Mary James. On September 23, 2011, however, their marriage came to a halt when Lisa filed for a divorce.
The same year, he had an affair with Rosa Costa who eventually became a mother to their son William Luca Costa-Marsden. Previously, he had a relationship with Cherie Thibodeaux but they apparently broke up.
