He was born on November 22, 1988 in London, England to parents David Bower and Anne Elizabeth. He started to appear on screen in the year 2007, playing the role Douglas on the TV film The Dinner Party. The same year, he starred on the film Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street by which he played the role Anthony Hope. Gaining more prominence, he was given lots of acting projects which include portraying roles on films RocknRolla, Winter in Wartime, The Twilight Saga: New Moon, The Prisoner, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1, London Boulevard, and lot more.
