Born in Mossley Hill, Liverpool on August 21, 1956, Kim Victoria Cattrall is an English-Canadian actress most recognizable for playing the character of Samantha Jones in “Sex and the City”, a HBO comedy/romance series. She won a Golden Globe Award in 2003 for Best Supporting Actress for her depiction of Samantha Jones. She also received four nominations.
All three marriages Catrall has had have ended up with a divorce. Between 1997 and 1979, she was married to Larry Davis. Three years after she and Larry divorced, she got married to Andre J. Lyson. Come 1989, the two fell apart. Almost a decade later, in 1998, she got married again to Mark Levinson, an audio designer and jazz bassist. While the marriage lasted, the two co-wrote a book: “The Art of the Female Orgasm”. Catrall and Mark divorced in 2004.
