Lea Michele, originally Lea Michele Sarfati, is an American actress, singer, and author. She was born on August 29, 1986 in The Bronx, New York to parents Edith Sarfati and Mark Sarfati. It was in the year 1998 when she took part on the film Buster & Chauncey’s Silent Night where she voiced the role Christina. Since then, she became a promising star. She got her career breakthrough in 2009 when she was cast for the main role Rachel Berry on the musical-comedy TV series Glee which presently runs on the television. Other than her TV appearances, she’s also greatly involved on theater plays.
Lea previously had a relationship with stage actor Landon Beard. She also had a brief romantic involvement with actor Matthew Morrison. From 2008 to 2009, she also shared a relationship with singer and actor John Lloyd Young.
