Paula Garcés is a Colombian American film and television actress. She was born on March 20, 1974 in New York City, New York, United States. She started to appear on screen as an actress in the year 1991, portraying the role Lucy Rivers in one of the episodes of the TV series Law & Order. The same year, she was seen on the flick Hangin’ with the Homeboys, portraying a minor role.
In 1991, she experienced her first breakthrough when she was included in the cast for the TV series Guiding Light, particularly playing the role Pilar Santos. Soon after, she was seen on the TV series The Shield, acting the role Officer Tina Hanlon from 2006 to 2008. She was then highlighted in an episode of CSI: Miami in the year 2008.
